How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
At checkout, you have the option of next day delivery (24HR), two-day delivery (48HR) and standard delivery (2-4 days).
What Is Your Returns Policy?
Once you have received your order, you have 15-days to contact us regarding your return.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition as you received them.
How Does The Process Work When Returning an Item?
Firstly, you will need to email us at 247acttive@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for your return. Once we have received your email, we will then provide instructions for your item to be sent back to us. Once your item has been received and verified you will receive a full refund. Refunds may take 3-7 days to be processed.
